Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view! Autumn selected fresh fish sashimi!

This time, we will start selling them tomorrow, October 11, only during the fall season.

The first is "sashimi of pike!

Dried barracuda is famous for its delicious skin,

At Uzu no Oka, the freshness of the food is unique to Awaji Island, surrounded by the sea,

We will serve it as sashimi.

The sweetness of fresh pike,

A savory sear with the delicious taste of the skin,

Sudachi salt allows you to feel the flavor of the ingredients as they are.

You can enjoy three different tastes!

 

The second is "Itoyori no Sashizukuri" (sashimi of Itoyori)!

Itoyori is an elegant white fish with a beautiful skin, making it a popular edible fish!

It is especially distributed in western Japan, where fishing is active from September to December.

Its white flesh retains moisture, making it soft and does not become brittle when heated.

At Uzu no Oka, the beauty remains in the seared and boiled fish,

This dish is made to enjoy its elegant taste and mouth feel without any habit or odor!

 

The fall-season figure-forming fish is sold individually, though,

A set meal with rice, miso soup, a small bowl of cooked food, and pickles is also available for +300 yen!
