Rare, fatty cherry salmon in an island lemon hot pot!

Today, we would like to introduce "Awaji Island Cherry Trout in Island Lemon Hot Pot" which will be on sale starting tomorrow!

 

At Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view, the same as last year,

Refreshing island lemon hot pot with Awaji Island cherry salmon will be served (^^)/.

 

First, when the broth comes to a boil, with the island lemon,

About two thirds of sliced Awaji Island onions are added and served

When the broth comes to a boil again, shabu-shabu is served with the cherry salmon,

Serve with slices of Awaji Island onion!

 

Finally, remove the lemon from the pot,

Add the remaining onions and Awaji Island hand-pulled somen noodles and finish with nyumen.

 

In addition to the lemon hot pot, the "Awaji Island Cherry Trout Island Lemon Hot Pot Course" also includes the following dishes,
