Today, we would like to introduce "Island Sea Bream Rice," which has been on sale since November 20!

Thinly sliced island snapper meat and five-color wakame seaweed are thoroughly tossed with egg yolk and wasabi soy sauce in a bowl.

Serve over hot rice,

The first bowl is served as "Island Tai-meshi"! (^^)!

The flavor of the sea bream and the richly flavored yolk of the Awaji Island eggs are intertwined with each other,

The taste is more mellow.

The second bowl is the "Island Tai Chazuke," which consists of rice topped with sea bream and dashi broth!

The sweetness of the sea bream is softly fragrant by pouring the dashi broth over it,

The egg is added to the rice so that it becomes one with the rice and is served smooth and tasty!
