At Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view, natural cherry sea bream is used in abundance.

We have prepared a special spring-only menu!

Sakura sea bream in a rich broth with fresh onions and Yura's natural wakame seaweed, which are well mixed with the broth.
