The "Island Sea Urchin Sushi" offers the delicious flavor of Awaji beef and the rich taste of Awaji Island's best fresh sea urchin, served with mild soy sauce-based vinegared rice.
When mixed with the flavorful seaweed from Awaji Island and wasabi (Japanese horseradish), an indescribable deliciousness spreads in the mouth.
