Uzumi-no-Oka Restaurant proposes a menu that you can share with everyone! From the island's a la carte menu, we introduce homemade roast beef and thick-cut roast beef of Awaji beef.

Awaji beef raised on Awaji Island, which is blessed with rich nature, is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. At our restaurant, the beef is seasoned with Awaji salt and spices, and then slowly roasted in a low-temperature oven to create our homemade roast beef.

In addition to our homemade roast beef with a deep flavor, we also offer a new item on the menu: thick-cut roast beef made from tender parts cut into 2 cm square dice.
