I prepared the albacore soup.
First, bring the broth to a boil, and in the meantime, whip the milt in a blender.
Finally, add the cooked milt and soy milk to the broth, bring to a boil, and remove the scum.
The cloudy, slightly creamy "milt soup" is used as the broth for fugu nabe.
The flavor of the albacore enhances the deliciousness of the torafugu nabe even more.
