Awaji Island 3-year olds are completely different from 1- and 2-year olds, and the texture is characterized by a very tight and elastic flesh.
Our restaurant also offers a number of nabe sets and a la carte dishes using 3-year torafugu from Awaji Island.
We hope you will try our 3-year torafugu from Awaji Island. The nabe set comes with nigiri-zushi (blowfish sushi) and a special menu that includes zosui (rice porridge) to finish the meal.
