Our restaurant offers "Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu Gozen," a set meal of nabe (hot pot) and Awaji Island fresh shirasu rice bowl, which you will want to eat as the weather gets colder.

The raw shirasu gozen includes a bowl of raw shirasu and a Yanagawa-style hot pot, in which a beaten egg and a little bit of raw shirasu are boldly added and served as kaki-tama soup.
Nama Shirasu Donburi is served as a bowl of rice topped with the chef's special sesame sauce.
