Today, we used fresh raw shirasu (baby sardines) from Awaji Island,
We would like to introduce "Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu Gozen" (^o^)

A set includes a bowl of rice topped with fresh shirasu and a Yanagawa nabe hot pot with the delicious flavor of Awaji Island onions and shirasu.
It is a warming menu perfect for this fall and winter season!
First, top the rice with half of the yakumi (condiments) and fresh shirasu,
Serve raw shirasu on top of a bowl of rice topped with a special sauce and grated ginger dissolved in the sauce.

The other half of the shirasu will be cooked and turn white when mixed in the pot,
When it turns white, it is dipped in an egg to complete the semi-moist, fluffy Yanagawa nabe!

The soft and moist shirasu is entwined with the semi-moist, fluffy egg and melts in your mouth at any moment ❤.
