New menu starting tomorrow! Awaji Beef! Niku Hitsujimabushi" (meat and fish fritters)

Thank you very much for visiting Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view.

Starting tomorrow, "Awaji Beef! Nikuhitsumabushi (limited to 5 servings per day)" will be added to the menu at Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view!

110 grams of Awaji beef rump meat is used! Awaji beef is a good beef, and the sweetness and flavor of the meat is brought out by cooking it into steaks.

The sauce is a special onion sauce made by slowly frying Awaji Island onions and using the sweetness of the vegetables to go well with steak, fluffy white rice, and Hitsumabushi.

When served with rice, the sweet "fat" of the Awaji beef, the "umami" of the soy sauce in the onion sauce, and the mild "sugar" of the rice blend together in a well-balanced manner to create a delicious dish.

As it is, as a steak bowl, with wasabi (Japanese horseradish), nori (seaweed), sansho (Japanese pepper), or as chazuke (rice with green tea in hot broth) with your favorite condiments... Awaji beef steak is delicious enough as it is, but you can enjoy it in 5 different ways, changing its flavor.

The entire staff looks forward to serving you.
