Awaji Island's fresh shirasu is in season now and has a lot of fat,
It has no odor when eaten, making it easy to eat.
Using such fresh shirasu, we have prepared the Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu Aji-Meguri-don, a bowl of rice topped with a fresh shirasu flavor.
Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu Aji-meguri-don: 1,000 yen (excluding tax)
First, it is served as a bowl of rice topped with the chef's special sesame sauce,
Afterwards, it can be served as chazuke with dashi broth.
We hope you will enjoy our fresh shirasu (baby sardines) rice bowl.
Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu" menu is here.
We look forward to welcoming many customers today.
The ban has been lifted again this year. Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu
