Today's dish is an irresistible combination of the flavor of sea bream and mellow island egg!

Introducing "Tai-meshi (sea bream rice) on the island"! (^^)!

Island sea bream grows in Fukura Bay facing the Naruto Straits at the southern tip of Awaji Island,

Influenced by the violent tidal currents of Naruto, which are rich in mineral elements,

It grows up with a storehouse of flavor.

 

At Uzumi-no-oka Restaurant with a spectacular view, we serve such island sea bream as "tai meshi" (sea bream rice).

Enjoy it in two ways!

 

First, the island snapper meat, five-color wakame seaweed, egg yolk, special soy sauce, and horseradish are thoroughly tossed together in a bowl.

The first bowl is served over hot rice as "Island Tai-meshi" (sea bream rice).

For the second bowl, top the rice with sea bream and pour the dashi broth over it, and enjoy it with "Island Sea Bream Chazuke"!
