Kaisen Hitsujimabushi, seasonal fish with three different flavors!
First, taste the fresh seafood as chirashi sushi, then dissolve wasabi in local soy sauce and sprinkle it over the ingredients.
The dish is topped with yakumi (condiments) and poured with the chef's special soup stock to finish off the meal as chazuke.
Also, the fish in season changes depending on the day, so feel free to ask the staff for help!
