Our recommended menu item is Kaisen Hitsumabushi, a new specialty of Awaji Island.
The colorful seafood items (which change daily) include five types (sea bream, Spanish mackerel, sea bass, octopus, and monkfish), as we have procured locally produced monkfish today.
The ingredients are colorful and can be enjoyed in three different ways.
