Awajishima Nudo's special noodles are 2 mm thick and 38 cm long, thicker and twice as long as conventional somen noodles.
These noodles combine the firmness of udon noodles with the nodogoshi of somen noodles.

Awajishima Sea Bream Yaki Nudoro" also uses onions, a specialty of Awaji Island.


A rich broth is made from the ara of seared sea bream.
The richness from the boldly grilled sea bream and the flavor of Awaji Island onions!
The broth made with local miso is well mixed with the sticky Awajishima noodle.
Please enjoy a cup that will warm your heart and body.
