Many of our dishes have a variety of flavors, and the Kaisen Hitsumabushi, in which you can enjoy three different tastes, is ordered by many customers.
Hitsumabushi is prepared with four types of seasonal fish that are in stock that day, so that you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients as they are.
