The tai chazuke served at our restaurant can be eaten in a different way.
Normally, the sea bream fillet is placed on top of rice as it is and poured broth over it, but at our restaurant, the sea bream fillet is first dipped in soy sauce and then placed on top of rice, and then the chef's special broth is poured over it and served as chazuke.
Our fish is served fresh to our customers and can be served as sashimi.
