One of the new menu items this time focuses on the vessel, with seven staircase-like stages offering a variety of locally caught seasonal ingredients.
One of the stages is topped with fresh Awaji Island shirasu and fresh Awaji Island sea urchin, which is in season now.
If fresh sea urchin is not available due to bad weather or other reasons, we will change the dish to Awajishima 3-year torafugu (blowfish) testers, etc. We hope you will understand.
