Today I would like to introduce you to "Uni no Dashimaki Tamago"!

This is a very luxurious dashimaki tamago made with rich "sea urchin broth" based on the best sea urchin from Awaji Island and Awaji Island Kitasaka eggs. Kitasaka Chicken Farm's eggs are pure domestic eggs born and raised in Japan, of which there are only about 61 tp3t in Japan.

First, enjoy the rich sweetness of the egg and the rich flavor of the sea urchin that fills your mouth. Finish with grated daikon and dashi soy sauce.
