Minami-Awaji City and Naruto City in Tokushima Prefecture, which face each other across the Naruto Strait\u2014famous for its whirlpools\u2014are collaborating to promote the \u201cUzu no Sachi Gourmet\u201d initiative. Twenty restaurants are currently offering menus that feature at least three types of seafood from the waters near the Naruto Strait and at least one specialty ingredient from each city. You can enjoy a special dining experience, including talks by \u201cUzu no Sachi Meisters\u201d\u2014culinary ambassadors\u2014who share insights about local ingredients.
